Keeley the therapy dog is joining the Maple Grove team this year after working at Wright with her handler and teacher Ann Digiacomo for the past four years. Keeley’s primarily role with be in Maple Grove’s English Language Learners room with Ann, but may spend some time with Maple Grove’s counselor and Mr. Duffy as well. Throughout the school year, Ann and Keeley will visit classrooms for special occasions and will greet students at the beginning of most school days too.
Keeley is insured, and triple certified (CARES, Inc, AKC Good Citizen, and Pet Partners Intl.) and is just a sweet and simple dog. She’s a five year old labradoodle whose superpower is to receive belly rubs from anyone who will comply.
